Returns/Refunds/Replacements
We don't do returns due to the cost of return shipping, if there's an issue with your package, we'll go with a refund and/or replacement instead.
If you'd like to initiate a refund or replacement, please get in touch with the mods either via social media or by emailing us at [email protected].
- If your package has not yet arrived, please wait until 1 week past the maximum listed shipping time for your area to initiate a refund or replacement. We ask you to wait that extra week in order to give the post office extra time to deliver your package in cases of unforeseen delay.
- If your package has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind and would like to initiate a refund, contact us ASAP and we'll get it done.
- If your package has already shipped, please wait until 1 week past the maximum expected delivery time for your area to initiate a refund.
- If your shipping label has already been purchased, we can refund the cost of your package, but not the cost of shipping.
Please note, we do not cover refunds or replacements for the following circumstances:
- Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company (package left in the rain, bent to fit mailboxes, etc).
- Order was delivered to an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to Path of Life by the cut off date.
- Order was delivered at a wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer on their order.
